The Audiobarn is a trading name of The Audiobarn Limited. Registered Company No. 09309546.  Registered Address 2 Feltimores Park, Chalk Lane, Harlow, Essex. CM17 0PF. We are an independent retailer, which means we have been able to carefully select a range of products to help us deliver excellent customer service and satisfaction for all our customers.

Description of Goods

We take great care to accurately describe the products featured on our website, using both manufacturer information and that of respected hifi and home cinema reviewers. However due to the nature of electronics and the latest technology, product prices and specifications can change without notice. The Audiobarn cannot be held responsible for the accuracy and reliability of this information. If in doubt, please contact us or visit our friendly shop.

While we will use reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of any information we place on the website, we make no warranties, whether express or implied in relation to its accuracy. The website is provided on an “as is “and “as available” basis without any representation or endorsement made and we make no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, in relation to the website or any transaction that may be conducted on or through the website including but not limited to, implied warranties of non-infringement, compatibility, security, accuracy, conditions of completeness, or any implied warranty arising from course of dealing or trade usage.

We make no warranty that the website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, and reliability of the website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website.

Availability of Products

When placing an order, we shall endeavour to give you an accurate timescale for when your product will reach us from the manufacturer. We shall keep you updated in the event that this becomes delayed due to reasons outside of our control. Please be aware that due to the specialist nature of a large number of our products, delays in shipping from the manufacturer can occur. Should we be unable to supply your specified goods within a reasonable period of time, we will offer you an alternative product or a full refund. We will not be held liable for any costs or charges due to late delivery.

UK Delivery

We are only able to ship products to eligible UK postal addresses. This specifically means the address of the payment card used, and the card belonging to the customer.

Delivery can be to any address as long the address at which your payment card is registered is also present on your order. All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

For PayPal transactions, we shall only post orders to ‘verified’ addresses – please ensure you have done this prior to ordering.

When you add products to your Shopping Basket, the appropriate delivery charge will be added automatically. You will always be able to see this charge before submitting your order.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days.

The contents of your order and your delivery postcode area will determine which delivery services you will be offered. We do not deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses.

Delivery will be between the hours of 7am and 6pm; we are unable to confirm a time.

The Audiobarn will select the most appropriate carrier for your goods. This means your delivery may arrive in more than one batch to ensure your order is transported in the best possible way.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and The Audiobarn shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date. The risk in the goods shall pass from the company to the customer upon delivery of such goods to the customer.


You will only pay one delivery charge per order, which will be the highest depending on the contents of your order and your chosen delivery service. When you have added items to your shopping basket, the standard delivery charge for those products will be automatically applied to your order.

Force Majeure

The Audiobarn shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.


If you need to return a product purchased from The Audiobarn then you have 14 calendar days to do so.  The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product must also come back to us.

The goods should also be returned with their original box, packing and accessories.

If the return is due to missing or faulty parts then we will offer a full refund or replacement provided we are aware of this within 10 working days.

Any refund, which is due to a fault or other defect, will include a refund of the applicable delivery charge.

Cancellation of Orders

You are able to cancel your order prior to shipping with no cost penalty being incurred and full credit of your account if monies have already been taken. You can cancel by phoning us on 01279 454 860.

We will contact you within 24 hours of receiving your order to give an accurate delivery date.
